New Beginings - Day 21 week 3 ends

Today is weigh in day and I am back to were I started. I am doing better today then I have all week. I am so stressed about my job it's to the point where I would rather call in sick then go, and hope that they fire me. I am going to keep up my count but I am going to start fresh today and try to be as on track as possible. so I have started tracking again and I will be restarting the biggest loser workout's tonight I did the one and then that was it. Well I am going to finish the 4 weeks no matter what. I need to do this. I had 5 sips of diet pop on Friday. And didn't like it haven't looked back since.
    The last time I had pop I started drinking it again. Not this time this is how I know I am done with it, I even slacked on making videos this week and that can't happen. I am not going to let my job stress me out so that I get fat again this is not gonna happen.

So I will add my food and exercise links to the side and I also am going to be tracking my steps and my water intake so will add those to the side bar as well. I will let you know here when each one is updated.

Day 16 Week 3 - 7 day exercise challenge

So yesterday I started a 7 day exercise challenge with a fellow you tuber who had been struggling to get in the workouts that she wanted to. we are recording our workout's and then posting a video on Monday the idea is to move for 30 minutes each day doing what ever we want to do for exercise. it's a good way to get your body moving and to get back on the wagon of exercise if you have been off for a while. Yesterday's eating was so random. I need to be better today. I am off to work soon. Don't want to go but will. And I will go in do my job come home. It's to the point that I don't even want to go any more and as soon as I step in the door my mood changes from good to bad, I am going out looking for another job as soon as I can. Because it is uncertain if I will have one come the new year and I don't want to wait around to find out.
   Any way i will be working out with the biggest loser workout tonight and am walking today to work and home. first bottle of water is almost done and I will be sure to get in two at work, with the running around I will be doing all day today won't be a problem. I worked 6 hours on Monday and drank 2 bottles at work I had three done before 4 o'clock. I have started to track my food have breakfast logged and my walking for this morning and my work walking. I will add the links later tonight and update again after work.

Day 15 Week 3 - New workout program


So today I was hit by the snack monster. Ugh why do I do this I was thinking to myself. And then it hit me at about 9:30 ish last night. I got my period. Ugh I wish I hadn't but. ... Maybe next time I won't get it. I will be back on track tomorrow I still have to update my food intake and exercise will finish it tomorrow to tired and yucky feeling right now. New it was coming cause I felt gross all day at work and just plain tired. alright short and sweet tonight. I started the biggest loser workouts but tonight is a no go I am working on editing my first work out I will be video taping and documenting them in separate videos to let you see how I am doing with them.

Day 14 Week 2 Ends Getfit gamer Self Challenge

Today is weigh in day. It could go either way. so I will have to wait and see how I do, I did what I could to undo the damage from two days of bad eating it's all in the hands of the scale now. Alright I weighed in and I am back at 153lbs so I lost two pounds this week I am happy with that now I just have to keep going down. I am going to work extra hard on my food intake  this week. and Exercise is going up to a new level for me I am starting the biggest loser workout. I am not going to stop this work out until, the challenge is done. well not much else to report weigh good food good water good, Oh I did have a small piece of birthday cake it's a late cake for my Husbands birthday at the beginning of the month. The one I tried to make didn't turn out right.

Day 12 - self up grade challenge

OK so I am on day 12 of the challenge and I need to get a handle on my eating. I need to just suck it up and get back on track and no more excuses. I have done this many times before off and on since I was 16 and have lost almost 100lbs Well over the coarse of like 12 yrs or so. I would love to lose the last of the weight that I have and now, I am really concentrating on this this week. And this is a must. I am not giving up on myself no matter what,so today I start a low calorie diet but I am not cutting out the calorie packs or any thing like that because they have been helped me in the past to stay on track. I have done my work out this morning and will walk to work this after noon. I am drinking my water and going to have a good breakfast. I will post my food here and be accountable I need to do this.

today ended on a good note, I ate within calories as you can see from the links above and got tons and tons of walking in. I am happy with how today went. I did have a bag of lay's dill pickle chips one of the small bags. But that's OK I can have some of the things I like as long as I don't go over board. And watch my portions. This is some thing I have to learn,

Day 1 Self Up Grade Challenge

 November 8 2010


  So today was better I am back to tracking on lose it. I hadn't tracked for 3 days and I am glad I am back to tracking. I also cut back out the pop and this time for good. I didn't like the taste and that I got a headache each time I drank it. 4Have a massive headache right now and it's not fun. Laid down for a little after the little one went to bed it just dulled it. Which was fine cause I did a quick workout with makingthebest09 from you tube. I did his week one cardio only got two times done before the little one woke up. But I did something. Which is better then nothing, I also did a lot of walking so I am OK with what I accomplished. tomorrow will be either just as good or better. I am hoping for it to be better.

    Oh yes, I got in 100 ounces of water today as well. That's all I will add my video here when it's up on you tube hope you all had a good first day of the challenge.

Sunday and Monday

Sunday started out OK but didn't end so well., I need to get my ass back on track I feel fatter then ever even if I was weighing myself I would be afraid to step on the scale right now. I did track all of what I ate yet yesterday Sunday. and then today I woke up sick, My throat hurts and I just feel plain awe full, So I used that as an excuse to eat what ever I wanted and not track all of it.nut I will track it all, I need to see what it is that I am putting in my mouth the junk that is making me fat. Come the new year I will be either pregnant or at goal, I will not stay fat or still be trying to lose weight.This is not an option, so tomorrow will be on track and I will not fail I am not coming back to you tube saying I have failed before I started no frigen way. I will be tracking my food and back to exercise as of tonight I did do a 20 minute walk yesterday but that is not enough More later about today..

Happy Halloween

Tomorrow is the mark  of a fresh start. I can't wait no weekly weigh in's for stress. Just working on Healthy eating and exercise. This is the best way I think to get rid of the last of this weight I am starting my 30 day challenge for exercise tomorrow night. Oh yes on a side note. I have now gone 4 weeks today with out any pop. Yesterday was a free day kind of. And Tuesday I will have a free meal as it's is  my husbands birthday. Also Thursday I am going to a movie with a friend so will be eating out but will try and take pictures of what ever I have when I am out.
    Work is almost none exsistance this week I work 8- 230 on Wednesday and then that's it until the new schedule comes out on Thursday.this is sad since it is now ofically Christmas season in the retail buisness. they expect to much for so little, Anyway. not much else to report I am going to start daily blogging tomorrow every day until the new yrs and then go 365 days for the new yrs. I am going to be maybe doing the same with my vlogs as well. today is back on plan for day 14 oh yes check out the photo page I put on the blog this is where I will be posting all my food pron. (pictures) I am going to do the same with tracking my food as well.

Day 9 10 and 11

So the last few days have been pretty good still need some work but I am getting there. I know this will only continue to get better. Back to drinking 64 ounces of water now need to keep it there and then add in the last bottle, I think that the crystle lite that I have been using to get my water in has been giving me headaches I have had one off and on for the last three days including today, so I think once I am done the ones I have I won't be drinking them any more. I don't want to waste them and throw them out we don't have the money to waste.

I am going to see what else I can find to put in my water I think also what I am going to do is work on in week 3 to get my calories back down to where they need to be not cutting any thing out or really changing anything other then watching portion sizes and see how that goes. I will write a post to talk about all the things that I am going to work on this next few weeks. so this weeks eating has been a little better but will continue to get better as we go on. I am taking pictures of my food and will post them soon.

Day 8 Week 2

OK so I did start my 30 day exercise challenge on Monday I did the following so far

Monday
3 minutes jump rope
25 crunches

Tuesday

walk to work 15 minutes ( normally would take the bus)
walk home 20 minutes had my son and he was walking  my husband came to meet me and he played my son the whole way home.

challenge for 30 days of Exercisehave

you been slacking in your workouts then join me I am starting today a 30 day exercise challenge. I have done this before and it helped me a lot. So tonight I will be doing the following

30 minutes with my wii  and then I will do jump rope for time
and then 25 sit ups this is pretty much what I will be doing all week for week one with the wii I have several different games I can do so I won't get bored with it. so if you want to join me just post a comment here on my video on you tube talking about it saying your in and if you make videos make a video response.

Day 6 Week 1 October 24 2010

 homemade stove top stuffing baked chicken dish and twice baked baked potato
I had three bowls of these chips they were good. but need to stop this

1 light cheese slice 
1/2 cup of watermelon
Lunch: light tomato soup 2 cups the second one not pictured 2 slices of whole wheat bread with chunk chicken mixed with 1 tbsp of calorie wise mayo 1 serving of pasta and 1/2 cup of red grapes



after noon snack
1 green apple 
crystle lite for my water
1 fruit snacks 



 

so today not so good this stops now though I am putting my foot down and getting back to my workouts and I am going to be really working on my eating this week as well no more slacking I am 10 pounds away from my goal weight. And I will get there by Christmas I am ready to move onto the next part of this journey.

Day 5 Week 1 October 23 2010

30 grams of cheese
1 oh henry cake snack thing

 breakfast 20 pieces of mini wheat with 1 green apple and a cup of skim milk
 lunch stuffing and vegetable noodle soup with out the juice
roast beef sub on foot long cheddar bread minus the oh henry add in a caramilk bar

 dinner also not pictured is 5 honey dip Tim Bit's I also had two more slices after this of the pizza but nothing else to eat for the rest of the night.

Goals For Week 1 October 19 2010 - October 25 2010

1) No junk food

2) Drink between 64 ounces of water to 96 ounces of water daily

3) track my food on the lose it
   and in my paper journal ( I am also taking pictures of my foods)


4) Weigh food
         -measure food and
         - watch portion sizes



5) no late night eating
     - over snacking
     - or eating past 10- 10:30



I will update in another post on Monday October 5th how I have been doing with these goals I am tracking them in my journal and I will either do a video about it and also type them out here either way they will be updated on.
